Milestones Bed and Breakfast Terms & Conditions

Arrival: Guests arrive normally after 5.00 pm - as the room is NOT available for daytime use. Please vacate the room by 10.00am weekdays and weekends 10.30am. Guests arriving later that 10.00pm, please inform us for letting in purposes.

Places to Visit: We can advise of places of interest to visit, local pubs and restaurants.

Breakfast: Served at 8.30am Monday - Friday and 9.00am at weekends. Earlier times please enquire.

Booking: A 50% deposit is required to secure an advance booking. This may not be refunded if the room(s) can not be re-let due to short notice cancellation.

Settlement: To be made in Sterling cash or cheque supported by a bank card.

Please Note: Regrettably we can not accommodate children, and pets by arrangement. Due to the wooden floors, we request that ladies do not wear stiletto/high heels indoors - thank you for your consideration.

Smoking: We respectfully request that you do not smoke in the house, but facilities are provided outside.
